Advancing health outcomes for all often goes beyond providing the right treatments. Patients can encounter challenges with social determinants of health, navigating their care and more after receiving a new cancer diagnosis. This is why we partnered with the Community Council of Greater Dallas, Feonix - Mobility Rising, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and VNA Texas to develop a cancer care program – helping cancer patients with critical needs like meals and transportation to achieve their best possible health outcomes.
